Accredited Master Coach Karen van Druten of SHR Consulting joins ANZI Coaching for a live webinar to share her coaching journey. 

Karen is a consultant, facilitator, executive coach and academic. She has over 20 years of experience in executive management and senior human resources roles, including 8 years specialising in change management, leadership effectiveness and developing high performance, values-based cultures.

As Managing Director of her own company she consults to businesses of all sizes and designs customised solutions that effect people and performance.

Karen’s main consulting work, across both the private and public sectors, is in five areas:

• Working with senior manager teams and HR professionals on the formulation and implementation of strategy
• Enhancing people practices for business performance
• Large change and restructuring projects
• Organisational reviews and M&As

As an accredited facilitator and career coach for executives, Karen teaches subjects in Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership, Change Management, Careers and Managing People in Organisations on the AGSM, Mt Eliza & MGSM MBA/MBA (Executive) programs in Sydney, Beijing and Hong Kong. She has also been an Advisor/ Assessor on the UTS Work-Based Learning MBA.
