Accredited Master Coach Desley Lodwick from peppered moth joins ANZI Coaching for a live webinar to share her coaching journey. 

As a coach and trainer of coaches, Desley is a catalyst in illuminating and supporting new possibilities within individuals and organisations. Utilising her considerable energy, enthusiasm and ability to engage comfortably with others, she assists people to reach their goals through sustainable, personally enlivening learning.

Her artistry has resulted in significant constructive impact on organisational outcomes and client personal performance and job satisfaction. In recognition of her work and ongoing doctoral research she is well received internationally as a speaker on coaching, leadership and culture.

Desley has extensive commercial acumen and a proven record in managing end‐to‐end projects through her experience both as a consultant for ten years and as a former Managing Director of a global IT company. She has delivered projects in Australia, North America, UK and Europe and provided coaching within in a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Government, Utilities, Information Technology, Financial Services, Engineering, Health and Education.

Drawing upon her extensive research into coaching Desley has developed two accredited coach training programs. Her Accredited Associate Coach program assists people within organisations to be more effective in their leadership and the Accredited Professional Coach program develops professional coaching practice for external providers of coaching services.
