Ralph Brown is founder and managing director of Skillset New Zealand. He and his colleagues have trained thousands of Australians and New Zealanders in communication skills. Ralph specialises in the psychology of success. His four books include ‘Success at work and at home’ and ‘The Village that Could’ – a fable about resilience.
Ralph’s background includes business, psychology and several years as a television journalist in New Zealand and on secondment to the BBC. He is one of only seven New Zealanders to hold a CSP accreditation from the National Speakers Association Australia.
