Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for our items are either Free, Weight Based (we will calculate the cost based on product weight, dimensions and destination) or fixed fee. The product description will advise you of the shopping costs for your product selections.

Combined Postage

We do not hold stock for our professional partners. Each item you order will be distributed to you directly by the product owner/manufacturer. Therefore in the event that you order several items in one transaction, there will be a shipping fee consideration for each item and each item (unless owned by the same business) will arrive separately.

Refunds on Products (Physical Products)

It is a requirement of ANZI Coaching that each product provider offers a full refund within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased. In most instances the product provider allows a longer period than this. If you have any concerns with your purchase or if it is faulty in anyway, please contact the product provider in the first instance. If you are unable to resolve your complaint with the product provider, please email us at melbourne@anzicoaching.com with the full details and we will pursue this on your behalf.

Refunds on Products (Digital Products)

Refunds are not usually available for digital products (unless they are faulty). However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us with the details at melbourne@anzicoaching.com and we will consider your complaint.

Refunds on Events

Events are non-refundable. please choose carefully.

Refunds on Membership and Accreditation

Memberships are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable. Please review and ensure you understand and agree to the full Terms and Conditions for Membership before applying.
