Accreditation assists the Coach to demonstrate their professionalism to clients. Accreditation with ANZI Coaching demonstrates a level of achievement in terms of coaching competency, a willingness to commit to ongoing professional development, an undertaking of the Code of Conduct and a commitment to the role of coaching. To be eligible for accredited membership, you must be able to meet the criteria in one or more of the following pathways: Qualifications, NLP Certification, Years in the Business, Coaching Logs OR to have achieved the equivalent credential with the ICF. 1 Coach Mentoring hours involves assisting other coaches to develop and grow (leading the coaching industry) include; delivering coach training (Cert IV, Diploma, NLP, Anzi Coaching accredited courses, etc), providing coach supervision or coach mentoring (paid or pro bono), coach the coach (paid or pro bono), assisting other Coaches to develop their skills and knowledge in any formal capacity (i.e writing for ANZI Coaching Insights or delivering ANZI Coaching PD Workshops).
2 CPD Hours include; Formal documented on-job coaching development, completion of ANZI Coaching Accredited Coach Training Courses (ACTC) and ANZI Coaching Accredited Coach Delivered Workshops (ACDW), receiving mentoring where the mentor coach is either at ANZI Coaching AMC and/or ICF PCC level, or higher, reading where the specific purpose is research and the outcome is for professional purposes (i.e to write a white paper or to design a training programs).
2 CPD Hours exclude; being coached, providing coaching (these count towards your supervision log), surfing the web, crewing self-development events, reading books, magazines and ezines.
3 Coaching Log includes every hour of Coaching you provide; whether individual or groups, paid or pro-bono. 15 minute increments are allowed for partial hours.
4 Supervision Log includes every hour of ANZI Coaching Supervision, or where you have received supervision from an ANZI Coaching accredited Coach.
5 Documented Coaching Experience: It is your responsibility to demonstrate your Coaching history through written evidence. This may include; your CV, References, verified business accounts, Affidavits, etc
6 Please note that we are a professional Coaching association. Whilst we recognise that other disciplines might compliment or enhance coaching, we do not specifically accredit other disciplines. As such we are unable to acknowledge qualifications in other (related) areas such as hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy, small business management, Human Resources, etc. Essentially you must have a professional Coaching qualification, or you must qualify under one of the entry pathways. If you have a professional Coaching qualification which is not currently listed in the ANZI Coaching Credentialing Table, please contact us to discuss. We may be able to recognise your alternative Coaching qualification.
